Job Description

Operations Manager required for my client based in Burnley, Lancashire.The successful operations manager will be experienced in the renewables and / or electrical industry and be proficient within solar project management.Operations Manager Position Overview

  • Support the Directors in managing the delivery of solar projects.
  • Co-ordinate team activity and assist in the delivery of each stage of the project.
  • Required to assist in the delivery of the process from initial contact with the client through the whole process.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and actions.
  • Assist in issue resolution.
  • Be active in the continuous improvement of the delivery of solar projects across the UK.
  • Work with the sales, technical and projects team and manage their activities to ensure we deliver the best for our clients.
Operations Manager Position Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years commercial solar experience.
  • Knowledge of Solar PV and industry software would be an advantage but training will be given
  • Ambitious to move to the next level in your career and take a major role in a rapidly growing, multi award winning business.
  • We are working to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards so following procedures and an ability to work in a disciplined way is essential.
  • Higher lever qualifications in an electrical discipline would be advantageous.
  • A problem solver who wants to take responsibility and lead a really great, enthusiastic and professional team.
  • A person with an awareness of what it means to inspire change today.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Burnley.
  • Clean driving licence
Operations Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary Package - £60,000. (Including an expensed car, phone, 20+8 days, holiday rising to 25 after 5 years, statutory pension. The package will be based on the candidates experience.
  • Full time working position - Monday to Friday.
