Job Description

One of the UKs fastest-growing fitness franchises is looking to recruit a proactive and enthusiastic Franchise Training Manager to join their team in Chorley.The role requires working as part of a team to manage the franchisee network in setting up recruits, assisting existing franchisees, and supporting their headquarters.This is an interactive role, and the ideal candidate needs to be able to adapt to changes.About the Company:With over 100 active franchises across the UK and expanding weekly, the company offers a unique and effective way to exercise with your child.This company allows you to bond with your child whilst you undertake the workout. Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core to rehabilitate your body after having a child.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day to day contact with Franchisees
  • Helping franchisees get set up during their 12-week program from joining to starting teaching
  • Helping and providing support to franchisees on an ongoing basis
Required Skills:
  • Personable, friendly, and adaptable
  • Good knowledge of Social Media
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Able to work to deadlines
