Job Description

.Net DeveloperPermanent, full time, Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)Chorley£40-£45,000 basicTRIP are working with one of the longest-standing family-run interiors businesses in the UK who are continuing to strengthen their online presence and as such require a .Net Developer whos ready to be a key player in a transformation project of our clientstechnology. Working closely with our Outsourced Development Team and the Directors in the business you will be responsible for the build and maintenance of the current suite of websites, while working internally to develop services to deliver consistent experiencesbetween the website and stores.About the role

  • Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, youll be helping to develop a new tech service infrastructure across the group website and stores.
  • You will be one of the key liaisons between the Outsourced Development Team and the internal stakeholders, ensuring detailed knowledge sharing of the technical solution, and aligning these with internal timelines and milestones.
  • Youll be at the forefront helping to make key technical decisions across a variety of front and backend systems.
  • Youll also support in the recruitment and ongoing development of junior developers in the team.
  • Working with key business leads and project managers to scope and develop efficient, scalable solutions will be a big part of the role.
About you
  • Experience leading a team or Sub-Team.
  • Experience in the design process and delivery of a Service Orientated Infrastructure.
  • Experience using Containers/K8s/Cloud Managed K8 Services would be advantageous.
  • Ability to leverage a wide variety of tools, techniques and technologies to develop best in class solutions.
  • Highly Proficient in .Net.
  • Experience in React / Next.js beneficial.
  • Strong Understanding of SQL (TSQL)
Package
