Role: Starbucks Flex ManagerLocation: Preston, PR7 7NAHours: Full-Time / PermanentSalary: £25,000Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive!What will my role look likeAs a Starbucks Flex Manager you are still a full-time manager but you will manage a variety of our stores as and when required to cover periods of annual leave, sickness or to support existing managers.You are in charge of all aspects of the store you are covering including motivating, coaching and training teams, meeting sales and profitability targets, banking and finance duties, stock take and deliveries, ensuring stores looks vibrant and have a greatatmosphere and most importantly ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service every time. This isnt a back office job, prepare to roll your sleeves up and engage with our amazing customers and get involved with Barista duties!Having flexibility to work at different store locations and working hours is essential to this role.
