With exciting developments within the business, there is a real scope to make improvements and introduce real change from thestart.As a HR Manager, you will get involved with all the usual tasks within HR - employee relations, grievances, mentoring, recruitment and future planning as well as having an input in monthly strategy reviews.* Recruit, plan and support with ongoing business vacancies* Liaise with third parties for legal advice and recruitment support* Update HR notices, organisational charts and complete timesheets* Organise contracts, new starter inductions and probationary reviews* Analyse and report on employee performance* Guide, mentor and provide general support to supervisors / middle managementAbout YouPrevious HR knowledge is essential - ideally within industrial.
