Our prestigious customer is looking for customer service/support advisors to join their team. Our customer is a Channel only IT services provider based in Leicester.The role is to provide a seamless white-label service to our customers resellers and ensure that their customers are waxing lyrical about them. The services are categorised across five areas and those services can interlink or be provided in isolation,they can be added to and expanded upon at any time as we have the scope, resources, and expertise to flex with the demands of your business. Every service area is delivered in-house and each of them has its own process and quality assurance which further guaranteesquality and compliance.The successful candidates will have exceptional customer service skills and some knowledge of IT. This role attracts a salary of £17500 - £22000 dependant on experience. However training in the businesses services will be provided.
