Various hoursWe are looking to recruit experienced or newly qualified nurses to join our friendly team and positively contribute to continuing our high standards of patient care.Tocketts Ward is a 30 bedded community hospital providing care for patients with long term health needs who have also been admitted to hospital following an acute episode of illness. Patients have a range of conditions and can be admitted for palliative care or rehabilitation. The Ward has a blend of ring-fenced beds for consultant led beds and general practitioner led beds.Are you interested in joining an innovative, motivated and enthusiastic team which puts patients at the heart of everything Do you want to work on a ward that is committed to providing the highest quality of care and maintaining consistently high standards in a professional and friendly atmosphere Then this could be the exciting and challenging opportunity you are looking for!We are looking for hard working, highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can personally deliver a high standard of nursing care.
