Job Description

Harvey McQueen are extremely pleased to present an excellent opportunity to join our well-established client, based in Bolton. They are looking for a Case Manager to join their busy Construction Company. This is a very interesting and fulfilling role forthe right candidate. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, confident, highly organised and able to work in a high pressure environment.Our ClientFamily run business who has over the last 20 years become a well-respected, highly professional building contractor covering the North of England.Responsibilities

  • Creating all paperwork relating to the file.
  • Applying for variations to the contact as necessary.
  • Liaising with surveyors, clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring the contract runs to schedule.
  • Occasionally ordering materials.
Pay Benefits and Hours of work
  • Offering a competitive starting salary of £20,000 with progressive salary reviews.
  • Full-time permanent role.
  • Hours of work, Mon-Thurs 8.15am - 5pm, Fri 8.15am - 3pm.
Skills and Experience required for applying for this roleEssential
  • A sound working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone / email / letter / face to face.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Desire to progress.
  • Able to cope in a high pressure environment.
  • Full clean driving licence - required for occasional site visits.
Desirable
  • A prior knowledge of the construction industry or materials would be an advantage.
