Job Description

Would you like to work in a fast paced, dynamic WarehouseAdecco are one of the largest Recruitment agencies in the world and have partnered with one of the largest online retailers in the world, who are as candidate focused as they are customer focused and have warehouse employment opportunities in Exeter!Excellent Pay Rate Provided:

  • £10.00 per hour (days)
  • £11.71 per hour (nights) (£11.00 + £0.71 seasonal supplement)*
  • Overtime rates between £15.00 per hour to £20.00 per hour
*seasonal supplement will end on January 1st 2022Start your role before 20th November 2021 and also receive a £3000 sign on bonus.- In order to receive the bonus you must start work between the 25th October and 20th November and attend all scheduled shifts.The bonus will be paid in two equal instalments during your first 3 months; one after 45 days tenure and the second at 90 days tenure.If you have been re-hired and your previous termination date was from 25th October 2021 until end of day shift on 20th November 2021, you do not qualify for the sign on bonus. Offer ends after the 20th November.Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:Roles offer up to 40 hours per week which are on a variable pattern.2 - 5 shifts per week. Weekend availability is required.05:30 to 13:00 or 01:30 - 12:00Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
  • Unloading, lifting and relocating products using forklifts, pump truck and power pallet truck.
  • Scanning, sorting and diverting packages containing the full range of products sold.
  • Adhering to safety, quality and production standards
  • Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight
  • Standing and walking in a variety of temperature zones
  • Lifting, bending and reaching goods
