Staff Nurse Various Hours AvailableTorbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, is one of the first integrated Health and Care organisations in the country. Brixham Community Hospital forms part of the Paignton & Brixham Integrated Service Unit and are currently looking at new ways of working to promote service provision in community settings.We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work within our inpatients service and to rotate into our satellite out patient service which is due to start over the coming months. We will be working with Cancer Services and Blood Transfusion service to provide infusion and transfusion services from Paignton Health and Well Being Centre. The successful candidate will provide high quality care to our patients and their carer’s and provide them with relevant information to make informed choices about their care and, for inpatients; their discharge planning. We aim to provide a supportive environment for staff with full induction and Preceptorship where required. Opportunities to develop your career further are available and we promote the involvement of staff in developing services and making suggestions to improve those existing.Applications from newly qualified RN’s, students who are due to qualify in the next few months and Return to Nursing are welcome. The post does involve shift work including rotation to night duty for inpatient services as well as rotation into the satellite outpatient services.
