Job Description

Nursing Home, Physical Disability, Mental HealthRef: POJ2412£17 - £19.30 p/h + Paid Breaks – Band 6 Equivalent | FT or PT Nights | Relocation Package Available | Small Nursing Home – Good CQCDue to a longstanding member of staff moving on to a senior role, a small private nursing home in the Brixham area currently requires RGN or RMN Registered Nurses to join their night nursing team on a full or part-time basis.The fully CQC compliant home offers elderly, frail and end of life nursing care and has an excellent local reputation. The home is also well-served by regular bus services very close by.Details of this Night Nurse role and what the home is offering:

  • Permanent contracts to work 2-3 nights per week (8pm – 8am), with some hours available on days if you want to pick up some extra hours
  • Great pay rates of £17 to £19.30 per hour depending on experience, with paid breaks
  • Staff parking, free uniforms and refreshments/meals whilst on shift
  • Your NMC registration fees paid, a comprehensive induction and ongoing learning and development
  • A workplace pension scheme and 6 weeks annual leave
  • A relocation package is available to support you with the costs of moving, should you need to relocate for the role
    • The role will involve managing a caseload of residents during the night shift, and you will work alongside a team of 3 Carers.What we are looking for in a Nurse:
  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
  • Demonstrate previous experience working in a UK nursing home setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and confident leading shifts and coordinating care
  • Passionate about delivering and promoting best care practice
