You will join a group of GP practices in Torbay Compass House Medical Centres, Pembroke Medical Group and Chilcote Surgery. You will be part of an experienced Clinical Pharmacist team, supporting our Practice based pharmacists to ensure the delivery of safe, effective & efficient systems for repeat prescribing, medicines optimisation, reducing medicines waste and maximising patient outcomes. The role will also include training/development of practice based prescribing co-ordinators and administrators to support improved co-ordination and effective pharmacy administration within general practice. The role is 37.5 hours per week & salary is £22- £30,000 per annum depending upon experience.
