Chef de Partie - Pub - up to £25,000 - Brixham - Temp live inParamount Personnel is recruiting for a pub near Brixham. The successful Chef de Partie will join a high-flying and focused team of chefs and will be looking to develop and perfect your culinary skills.

The Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialtyManaging and training any Demis or Commis working with youHelping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menusEnsuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safetyMonitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit marginsThe pub serves high-quality Modern British food using very local produce. They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic personable professional for an immediate start.
