Job Description

My client is currently recruiting for a Delivery Specialist to join the team on a interim basis. The role holder will drive for cost transformation across all areas of mobile opex including but not limited to operational support, transmission, network leadership.Role: Delivery SpecialistRate: £400 - £460 per day (umbrella)Start: ASAPDuration: 5 monthsLocation: Bristol / Birmingham / ManchesterWhat Ill be doingyour accountabilities Identifies cost transformation initiatives, and drives from creation through to realisation Manages new demand from capex teams, highlighting growth of new services, and trajectory of removing legacy platforms and spend Provides accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to ensure operational spend is predictable and in line with targets Provides recommendation on ways to improve team, process and service performance and suggests and implements changes to how team operates. Executes local governance (Mobile Programme Control Board), taking into consideration capex, asset and opex requirements Executes month end opex process for transmission and other types of opex Supports Mobile MTP Planning ActivityCapabilities required for the job Issue management - You conduct a deep review of data and issues to quickly reveal the root cause. You recommend short and long-term solutions to complex problems and follow through to make sure we solve them. Be agile - You identify opportunities to use collaborative approaches and continuous improvement. You contribute to projects as a subject matter expert or content owner. Strong governance skills and experience: challenging costs, forecasting and process across all owners of capex from Mobile and CFUs Product and service knowledge - You demonstrate subject matter expertise in technical infrastructure, products and services.
