Job Description

£21,000 circa depending on experience, Rotherham / Sheffield boundary, Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm, 39 hours per week, fantastic package including 22 days annual leave plus stats (30 in total) increasing to 35 days over 5 years.In addition to this you will also benefit from private Westfield health care, contributory pension, free car parking, on site canteen facilities, modern state of the art environment. This company prides themselves on excellent staff retention and are at theforefront of innovation within their field.We have an exciting new opportunity to join our world renowned client as a Receptionist Admin Assistant on a full time permanent basis.Working as a Receptionist Admin Assistant, you will be reporting into the PA to the Executive Team. Our client is growing and this is an ever developing and expanding role, giving the right candidate the opportunity to put their own mark on the position.This role will be extremely varied in terms of working on Reception and providing Administration support to different areas of the business including the Accounts team. Day to day responsibilities will include;* Answering all incoming calls, meeting, and greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms, dealing with incoming and outgoing post.* Inputting weekly timesheets onto database. * Raising purchase orders on the in-house Access Database (WIP system).Raising Sales Invoices on Pegasus Opera and for Export Purposes.* Quote, ship and invoice the Comparators (sales support).* Obtaining quotes and best prices for purchased items.* Sending Certificates out to customers.* Arranging travel & accommodation for customer visits & vehicle hire.* Providing support to the accounts team & purchase processes and assisting with general administration duties.* Managing time, attendance and annual leave booking for employees, and generating weekly absence reports.The workload will be varied depending on which area of the business needs support. This means we are looking for a candidate whom is flexible to work in different areas and can take on different tasks on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity forsomeone who is looking to develop their Administration skills. We are open to hearing from candidates with a range of previous administration experience. Training will be provided on any areas that you have no previous experience in, as long as you have astrong admin background.Criteria:* Strong IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word* Some previous experience in a similar role is essential* Able to accurately produce documents, attention to detail and right first-time mentality* Ability to manage your own workload * Ability to work independentlyPlease apply online now, email your CV application , apply online now or call .
