PSSR Project Administrator

Job Description

Purpose of the Role:To provide administrative support for the Clients Project. The PSSR project comprises of small team with the aim to improve the accuracy and management of data concerning certain company assets and their maintenance.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6-9 months.
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week. 9.00am17.00pm.
  • Monday to Friday. Flexibility maybe possible depending on the individual and project needs.
Principal responsibilities Updated data on assets and their maintenance requirements have been collated. This data requires managing on spread sheets before using a digital tool to upload it into our maintenance and assets management system. The PSSR administrator will be required to:
  • Compile/check excel data sheets to ensure all data is completed correctly and investigate missing data and errors.
  • Extract documents digital documents from several locations, rename and locate them in the correct digital folders.
  • Extract information from digital documents to populate into excel data sheets.
  • Follow guidance to be able to make decisions on the next maintenance dates required based on the information collated.
  • Provide reporting as to progress.
  • Provide support to the PSSR team as directed by the PSSR Project Manager Key interfaces
  • Line Manager, PSSR Team.

  • You must be organised with an attention to detail. Required key skills (functional/technical)
  • Competence in using computer packages required especially working with Microsoft excel. The following are beneficial but so long as the applicant can quickly pick up new systems it is not essential. Word, Outlook, Sharepoint, SAP, Winshuttle.
