Job Description

Play a leading role in Customer Success using your customer relationship building skills and Workforce Management software solutions (WFM) expertise . Take a role in the customer success team, help existing and newly implemented clients to maximise the benefits from their WFM solution, ensure company-wide adoption, achieve expected business benefits and ROI, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction. Also keep them up to date with new developments, relevant additional modules, consultancy and training that would ensure they meet their WFM objectives. Based West Midlands, salary to £40k pa depending on experience.You must have:

  • experience of WFM software solutions as customer account manager, customer success manager, implementations manager, implementation consultant, trainer, functional consultant or similar, or with T&A, Payroll or HR software
  • understanding of rostering / scheduling / workforce management processes and systems
  • strong communication skills, able to explain complex issues clearly
  • excellent client relationship building skills
  • a desire to work with clients in a mainly office based role with lots of customer contact by phone, webinar and email
  • In this role you will build relationships with newly implemented and longer term existing clients. Make contact to assess customer satisfaction with the solutions, assist with issues, provide extra information and introduce new ways of working with the solution to ensure success. Tasks will be varied and will include:
  • frequent proactive customer calls to varied organisations to discuss the adoption of the WFM solution
  • demonstrations and presentations remotely or face to face to explain processes, functionality or solutions to identified issues
  • presenting additional modules or upcoming new releases
  • problem solving database or functionality issues to make recommendations
  • liaising with account managers where opportunities for sales of additional modules or services are identified, for them to progress
  • liaising with other teams across the business as relevant to ensure customer success for clients.
