They help people and organisations that want to make a positive difference in communities across Dudley borough.The team is crammed full of enthusiastic people who absolutely love what they do, and are passionate about the way they do it, along with a dazzling diversity of skills and knowledge.The successful candidate will be expected to work 37 hours per week.What can you expect in return

  • Mileage paid for all posts at National Joint Council (NJC) rates where applicable

  • 25 days (plus Bank Holidays).
  • Employer contribution 6% after probationary period of 6 months, minimum employee contribution 4%.

What will your role as a Senior Development Officer look like
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage the existing Integrated Plus and High Intensity User Social Prescribing Service
  • You will represent the Social Prescribing service at strategic meetings and take a strategic lead on ensuring the voluntary and community sector is involved and central to social prescribing interventions in Dudley borough.
