An exciting and IMMEDIATE opportunity has arisen for a Sales, production and Export Coordinator to work alongside a great team to transfer incoming customer orders to manufacturing and to facilitate shipping of product to worldwide customers.ResponsibilitiesYou will -- Field incoming calls to sales, service and supply as required- Process orders onto Excel based order entry system and confirmations- Enter order data on the production schedule- Liaise with production on customer needs- Prepare product shipping information, labels and identification- Liaise with customs and shipping agents to expedite delivery- Prepare export documentation including BOL, COO, ATR and EUR1- Manage shipping of product following productiono Manage terms with customers and agentso Coordinate shipping or collection where appropriate- Manage invoicingPersonThe person will -- Be responsive, energetic and organised- Be knowledgeable of shipping worldwide, export documentation and shipping terms (including INCOTERMS)- Support the current ordering system by having excellent Excel skills to understand and maintain the underlying data and macros- advanced excel is essential- Specify or assist with the specification of a modern order processing systemSalary and package- Salary circa £22 to £25k dependant on experienceMonday to Friday - 39 hours with a 30 minute lunch break.
