Job Description

Use your significant leadership experience in this Regional Director role directing and overseeing the growth, efficiency and success of the UKI and EMEA region of a global SaaS solutions and services company. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CustomerSuccess, Solution Delivery and Development to ensure growth, development and delivery excellence, and play a lead role in future expansion from UKI into European markets. Matrix environment with reporting line into US leadership. Excellent rewards, remoteor hybrid role with some travel (30% to 50%).You will:

  • own and monitor operational performance for this regional team
  • build strong alignment between Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Delivery and Service to ensure business growth and excellence in customer experience
  • lead exec level strategic planning sessions, and performance and planning sessions reporting on business unit level metrics
  • partner with sales and marketing leaders to maximise revenue retention and revenue growth
  • partner with product and technology leaders to drive product adoption and roadmap delivery
  • act as thought leader, SME and product evangelist to the wider market in conferences, trade shows, and internally
  • work in a matrix environment, identifying and removing roadblocks to to ensure success for team members, clients and the business unit
  • ask as a senior point of escalation for client concerns working cross functionally to resolve issues
Essential experience is:
  • significant management and leadership experience in the tech sector, ideally SaaS based software and services
  • experience in organisations that sell to and service clients range from small and midsize up to enterprise
  • demonstrated success in a highly matrixed environment with resources located around the world
  • fluency in current sales and ops technology tools, such as Salesforce products, Tableau etc
  • building channels and partnership programs, with 3rd party organisations
  • communicating with exceptional skill to customers, at conferences and events
