My client is a well established major supplier of quality PVCu installations of windows, doors, conservatories, porches, orangeries and fascia & soffit boards throughout the West Midlands.They are seeking a successful Production Manager with a proven track record working in the Window and Door Manufacturing Industry. Responsibilities of the job include, planning and organising production schedules, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budget and timescales with fellow Managers. Ideally you will have good working knowledge of "Business Micros" software or a similar software enabling fabricators manage orders from point of sale to processing, production planning to fabrication, delivery planning and to after sales care. It will be paramount that the manufacturing processes runs reliably and efficiently.Reporting to you will be approximately 10 factory workers i.e. welders, sawyers and bench workers etc., a full range of skilled and semi-skilled employees.Key skills required:
