Operating on a self-employed basis, you will have the flexibilityto manage your own schedule and cultivate your client base. Our client offers extensive support and resources, fostering an environment conducive to professional growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultations:
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and understand clients objectives, risk tolerance, and current financial standing.
  • Deliver personalised financial advice and solutions tailored to each clients specific needs and goals.
  • Regularly review and monitor clients financial plans, ensuring alignment with their evolving objectives.
Investment Planning:
  • Analyse investment opportunities and construct diversified portfolios that match clients risk profiles and objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends and economic developments to provide informed investment recommendations.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their pension, retirement, and investment option.that
Financial Planning:
  • Create and present comprehensive financial plans covering areas such as retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and insurance.
  • Exhibit expertise in various financial products and services, including pensions, ISAs, life insurance, and mortgages.
  • Guide clients through complex financial decisions and assist them in navigating dynamic financial landscapes.
Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and industry standards, including guidelines set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions, recommendations, and transactions.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and participate in mandatory training and development programs.
Business Development:
  • Expand and nurture your client base through networking, referrals, and proactive marketing efforts.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships founded on trust and exemplary service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leverage the comprehensive resources available at the company to enhance your advisory practice
Qualifications and Qualities:
  • Hold relevant financial qualifications, such as a Diploma in Financial Planning or its equivalent.
  • Possess a valid and current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
  • Demonstrate a successful track record as a financial advisor.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Display self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work independently.
