Job Description

My client is a well established major supplier of quality PVCu installations of windows, doors, conservatories, porches, orangeries and fascia & soffit boards throughout the West Midlands.They are looking to recruit an experienced Conservatory Surveyor with a proven track record of accuracy and high performance.Skills and experience required:

  • You will be fully conversant with the construction/drainage and all aspects of the new build from the base to the frame and the roof.
  • Good building and construction knowledge at Sub and Super Structure level is paramount
  • Providing roof plan and drawings; window and door frame plan and drawings ready for manufacture
  • All necessary drawings required to be prepared at the main office
  • You must possess excellent communications skills for onsite visits to customer premises
  • Provide accurate onsite measurements and information
  • Good skills in liaising with planning and building control
  • Excellent knowledge and experience required in liaising with builders and fitters when onsite throughout the duration of the build
    • Reporting to the Director you will be the Senior Surveyor responsible for the accuracy of your work.Anyone interested in the above vacancy should send a copy of their CV with a covering letter detailing their experience in surveying conservatories, double glazed windows, doors, prior to fabrication, explaining why they feel they are suited to the role.
