Job Description

Great Opportunity Available Administrator Wanted Based in Brierley Hill Temporary on-going Pay Rate £8.92 - £9.55ph Due to demand and growth my client is looking to recruit an experienced administrator who can work in a very busy and demanding environment, Successful Candidates

  • Will have previous experience within an administration capacity
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be able to speak to people at all levels
  • Be PC literate
  • Have a flexible working approach
  • The Role:
  • Assists in the administration of all recruitment and selection processes.
  • Administer selection tests and assists with interviews.
  • Maintains and updates computer database in relation to the Equality and Diversity monitoring.
  • Deals with employment and general telephone enquiries in relation to recruitment.
  • Handles high volumes of day-to-day correspondence in respect of recruitment enquiries and requests for application packs including the monitoring and timely responses to recruitment emails.
  • Assembles and distributes recruitment paperwork for assessments, interviews and in relation to pre-employment checks.
  • Produces electronic job files in relation to specific areas of recruitment.
  • Produces all correspondence and documentation in relation to recruitment and selection processes.
  • Participates in the delivery of induction training for new employees.
