Job Description

What you’ll be doing:As a Sales Order Administrator/Product Coordinator, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be the key in liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. A commercial understanding is essential, along with the abilityto be super organised, excellent numeracy skills, a proactive attitude, the ability to work on your own initiative.

  • External liaison with factories and suppliers regarding new and existing products, as well as internal coordination with various departments.
  • Handling samples for our client’s product requests.
  • Compiling and creating documents for various projects.
  • Producing and distributing Product Forecast sheets to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Keeping a close eye on competitor activity within the marketplace, benchmarking new products against competitors both online and in-store.
  • Requesting and managing the setup of Product Codes.
  • Assisting the Sales Department with relevant product details, new line forms, and web information.
  • Collaborating with Graphic Designers on exciting new packaging projects.
  • Contributing to the development of products and categories, bringing your unique ideas to the table.
