Job Description

Master Vehicle TechnicianAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Master Vehicle Technician based in Bridgend. The successful candidate will earn a negotiable salary depending on experience. Hours of work are 8.30 to 5 pm Monday to Friday, rota for Saturday.Applicants will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be highly skilled in fault diagnoses and working on complex and diagnostic repairs; as well as helping your team when required.The successful candidate(s) will be required to complete a DBS basic disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.Role Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Master Technician status
  • Strong longevity in your role
  • Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
  • Franchised dealership / large independent experience
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence
Role Responsibilities
  • You will be expected to liaise with service advisors, customers and management whilst ensuring excellent customer service and a professional approach at all times.
  • Assist in the mentoring and development of apprentice technicians.
  • You will also be working in a brand new redeveloped workshop, which includes designated EV Workshop bays, Class 7 MOT Ramps, Capacity to facilitate motorhomes and much more.
