You will join a team where you will work togetherproviding support which is adapted and approached in a person centred way.As a Support Workeryou will play a key part in providing opportunities and supporting individual goals and needs. This is a rewarding role supporting people reach their full potential and lead full happy lives.The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with adults with a physical or learning disability to provide them with the care and support they need to thrive. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with various activitiesof daily living, providing emotional support, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.This is a relief contract working hours will be dependent on the needs of the service.What you will need to bring to the role

  • Driving licence is essential.
