As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellentcommunicator, with the ability to effectively question customers in order to establish their needs. This role offers a great working environment with regular incentives, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their sales skills further.The Job:

  • Making outbound B2B calls to senior decision makers promoting awareness of products
  • Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
  • A consultative approach to close deals
  • Making business appointments for a range of services
  • Cold calling clients
  • Lead generation and sourcing your own leads
  • Updating and managing the company database and sending follow up mails to prospects
  • Regular meetings to discuss personal development, targets and achievements
  • Generating new business opportunities
Hours of work: Shifts between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to FridayBenefits:

Have you got the following experience or skills
  • B2B outbound telemarketing/telesales experience
  • Ideally have sold in B2B ideally in Technology or Software
  • Good organisational skills
  • You can to work to deadlines
  • A competitive nature
  • You are hard working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for exceeding targets
