Youll be working across a full range of marketing activities including developing digital and print collateral, working on email campaigns, planningpromotions, and supporting social media activity.The Job...Reporting into the experienced Head of Marketing, youll be working as part of a close-knit team, creating outstanding multi-channel marketing content that engages their audiences, drives orders, encourages repeat business, generates brand awareness, andimproves overall marketing success.Youll be responsible for:- Collaborating with their designers to create eye-catching, engaging marketing assets for use across a variety of platforms including social media, email marketing, print, and their website - ensuring all content accurately reflects their brand and values.- Supporting the development and delivery of regular online and offline campaigns. Ensuring their key products, content and marketing collateral are relevant, effective, accurate and on brand.- Managing social media channels and delivering the weekly content schedule.- Support with outreach and PR strategy through excellent copywriting and confidently contacting publications and potential collaborators.- Developing customer and product knowledge as a hands-on member of a tight-knit team, ensuring customer satisfaction at every level.- Taking part in customer-centric communications to promote long-term and strategic customer loyalty through improvements to marketing activities.About You...This is a well-established business that has a family feel, whilst also enjoying significant investment from the overseas parent company. This role would be ideal for someone looking to develop a career as generalist marketer, with a weighting towards content,social and communications.Heres some of the experience you need to be able to demonstrate:- 2+ years of experience in marketing (ideally with a bias towards content writing, PR and social media).- The ability to interpret and develop internal briefs and articulate concepts and ideas to the wider team.- An exceptional eye for detail, layout, and typography, and passionate about delivering high quality work.- Competency in using email platforms (preferably MailChimp) with experience of building emails and campaigns, list management, segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing.- Experience of working with and adhering to brand guidelines and developing brand assets and collateral.- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.- Strong working knowledge of all social media platforms.- The ability to use design tools like Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Canvas etc.- If youve experience working with Magento web systems, youll certainly stand out.The Company...The business operates a relatively flat hierarchy from a modern, open-plan office.
