Job Description

6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - Days and Nights - £9.59ph - £11.81paWe are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to support our team for an exciting opportunity based in Branston, Burton-on-Trent.

  • £9.59ph - Hourly Rate
  • £11.81ph - Hourly pay rate for hours work between 20:00 - 06:00
  • Contracted to 40 hours per week
  • Working any 5 out of 7 days on a Rotating shift or Fixed shift
    • Weekly Rotating Day Shifts -06:00 - 14:30 and 14:00 - 22:30Fixed Night Shift - 22:00 - 06:30As warehouse operative you will be required to complete various warehouse duties, Ensuring Quality is of the highest standards whilst also using the aid of handheld management device to complete tasks.The Role:
  • Completing a number of manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE.
  • Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard.
  • Completing tasks using a handheld warehouse management device.
  • Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods.
  • Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness.
    • The Person must be:
  • You will be able to work in a fast paced and demanding warehouse environment.
  • You will have a flexible approach to work.
  • You will have experience of working within a team and be a team player.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential to working in the warehouse environment.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment is desirable but full training will be given to the right candidates.
  • MHE Licence is also desirable.
