Job Description

Looking for a Nursing Home Manager in Hull. Nursing PIN is desirable.Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:

  • To manage the team efficiently within the home
  • You will be required to work under pressure and be able to build relationships
  • Focus on compliance and quality within the home
  • Ideally you will be a natural leader with compassion and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Home Manager
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent compliance
  • Ability to maintain occupancy
  • Experience in dealing with clinical clients
