  • Own the management of business systems and drive performance through rigorous information management and employee engagement metrics.
  • Manage outsourced IT service provision to ensure all systems are fully operational.
  • Provide systems support and training to all employees, existing and new.
  • Support internal teams with ongoing development and continuous improvement of business systems.
