Job Title - Customer Service AdministratorPart Time - 2/3 Days a week, Client can be flexible on Days and timesStandard hours - 8:30am till 5pmTemp to perm positionAre you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for a new opportunity Our client, a leading manufacturer in the electrical industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Braintree on a Temp-to-Perm basis. If you have excellent customerservice skills and are a team player, then this could be the perfect role for you!As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service.Your responsibilities will include:Processing customer sales orders.Liaising with customers via telephone and emailProviding administrative support as needed.You will also work closely with other departments, such as production/warehouse and transport, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.To excel in this role, you should have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent attention to detail. Experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
