If you have excellent customerservice skills and are a team player, then this could be the perfect role for you!As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service.Your responsibilities will include:Processing customer sales orders.Liaising with customers via telephone and emailProviding administrative support as needed.You will also work closely with other departments, such as production/warehouse and transport, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.To excel in this role, you should have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent attention to detail. Experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
