Job Description

Senior Business AnalystBraintree, Essex £30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits + Progression SC4 is partnering a highly successful, well known brand in their search for an established Business Analyst who will join an agile team, working closely with in-house development colleagues and stakeholders across the busines to deliver continuous improvementthrough bespoke builds or integrations of third party systems.Your New Role In your new job you will you will divide your time between improving current operational capacity and assisting with deep dives into new and large strategic projects. You will be responsible for the process interaction and any integration or downstream issues.You will be responsible for

  • Working with Product Owners to identify business value, outcomes and increments
  • You will utilise user, customer and/or market research, using data driven design to build or integrate the Right Thing.
  • Where appropriate, you will recognise the need to encourage the build of minimal viable product and will be able to define this.
  • Reviewing external suppliers against requirements, ranking them and making recommendations.
  • You will own several product backlogs and take responsibility for managing them.
  • You will define and action user acceptance testing.
  • Communicating with engineers, stakeholders, commercial owners, senior leaders and external suppliers.
  • Post development you will follow up with relevant parties for retrospective feedback and analysis and disseminate as necessary.
What youll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will have experience in business situational analysis, requirement definition and analysis along with testing. You must be a strong communicator both written and verbally and be able to engage stakeholders and leaddiscussions. It is imperative you have the ability to understand and solve complex problems and you will need to embrace new challenges and continually look to improve. Understanding business improvement will be required.
