So youve got to be clear, concise, and approachable!Youll be coming into this from being hands-on on the production floor. Perhaps youve been a shift or team leader looking for that next step but you will have to come from a Large Format Printing background. Youll need that, to hit the ground running,to get to grips with the new place as quickly as possible.Knowledge on substrates, printers, and suppliers are all important but what wed also like you to show us is Continuous Improvement, quality control, lean management, supplier management and people management skills. Both of these are just as important aseach other so examples of both are what we are looking. This place is exceptional. Everyone is lovely, gets on really well and the business is all aligned to being one of the leading names within the Large Format industry. Longevity within the business is strong, the opportunity to progress is second to noneand from its solid foundations, the rest of 2023 and beyond is going to be all about growth.
