Job Description

Litigation ParalegalThis award winning and well regarded Legal 500 firm with multiple offices in the South East have seen significant growth of the past 5 years. With further expansion plans in place their now looking to recruit a Litigation Paralegal or NQ Litigation Solicitorfor their thriving Litigation team base in Braintree .The role

  • Handling Debt Recovery
  • Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Neighbour and Boundary Disputes
  • Commercial disputes
  • Property disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Probate and inheritance disputes
  • Building and Tradesman Disputes
  • Supported by a legal secretary/PA
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pm
The Person.
  • A broad experience of landlord and tenant, debt recovery, general disputes.
  • Must possess a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Paralegal or NQ solicitor will also be considered for this position
  • Experience of a case management system
  • Able to work individually and unsupervised but also effectively with other team members
