Job Description

Lettings Inventory Clerk

  • This is a full-time position working 5 full days per week between 8.30am and 5.30pm with the occasional Saturday working 09:00 to 5:00 and where a Saturday is worked a day off will be taken in lieu.
  • An established and market leading independent Letting Agents are now searching for a Lettings Inventory Clerk.
    • Lettings Inventory Clerk The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be polite, efficient and have superb attention to detail. They should be IT literate, articulate and be able to demonstrate a stable career history.Lettings Inventory ClerkThe candidate will need a minimum of 6 months experience within the property industry.Lettings Inventory ClerkThe successful candidate will be preparing detailed Inventories (condition reports), Routine Inspections and Check Outs upon expiry of tenancy.
