They are founded by an internationally renowned speaker and business coach and offer online and in-person events.They have an excellent new opportunity for a fully qualified and experienced Financial Controller.The company is fast growing, financially very profitable, self-funded with excellent cash flow, and provides amazing sought-after products and services to business owners nationwide.THE ROLE:- As the Financial Controller, you will oversee all accounting functions within the business, working closely with the CEO and COO. - You will be responsible for the Finance team ensuring a robust controlled environment. Leading by example and maintaining strong discipline and control - the detail is essential!- You will also be responsible for financial reporting and financial data analysis to improve departmental performance management.- Working with the Heads providing them with financial and commercial support.- Manage and develop the groups budgeting and forecasting processes.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- Proven experience conducting sound financial planning, analysis, reporting, P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow models to enable strong commercial business decisions.- Commercially aware, focused and self-motivated, you will be a natural communicator with the ability to build and nurture strong business relationships with all departments.- Extensive previous experience in managing and re-engineering financial processes.- Strong understanding of UK GAAP.- US experience would be beneficial.- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)- Applicants must currently live in the Essex area.SALARY & BENEFITS:- Salary of £60,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience.This job is a rare opportunity to join an exciting growth-orientated business in a new role where you can make a real impact whilst working with like-minded, dynamic and professional individuals.
