Job Description

Field Sales ManagerEssex£30,000-£39,000 base salary Are you a passionate Field Sales Manager, looking for an exciting new roleCoulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Field Sales Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Essex working as part of their Management team.Principle Responsibilities for the Field SalesManager:-

  • This position will be covering an established sales area with a good existing customer base, which also contains potential for further growth with the right individual.
  • You will be demonstrating and selling a range of premium brand agricultural machinery including harvesting machines, tractors, tillage equipment and trailers to professional farmers and contractors.
  • A sound product knowledge is required, although ongoing industry leading training together with a personal development plan will be put in place for the right candidate.
  • We can offer an excellent remuneration package including a valuable performance related incentive scheme, company car, as well as the usual benefits of pension plan, life assurance and a generous annual holiday entitlement.

Person specification:-
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and IT skills
  • Good understanding of and be enthusiastic about modern farming and contracting practices
  • Self-motivated and present a professional image to the customer.

This is a full time permanent Monday to Friday Field Sales Manager position, offering an annual salary of up to £39,000 annual plus overtime.Benefits Include:
  • Excellent salary, up to £39,000.00 per year, with regular appraisal reviews to reward performance.
