Are you an experienced Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a differenceAdvantage Health care is part of City & County Healthcare Complex Division will provide you the support and ongoing training and development to make a rewarding difference to peoples lives every day. This Support Worker/Care Assistant role pays up to £13.32per hour. We offer flexible shift patterns and exclusive nurse led training!We are seeking Experienced Female HCA/Support Worker to support our young adult female client who has complex care needs, quadriplegic. You will be joining a very supportive team, working 2:1 within our clients own home and out in the community. You willbe expected to support with all elements of daily living such as personal care, PEG feeding, mobility and incontinence care and ensuring her medication needs are met. Our client has ventilation/Nippy overnight. You will also help our client to access the community,undertake shopping or support her to take part in the hobbies that she enjoys which is arts & Crafts, Cooking. You will need a minimum of 6 months care experience, be attentive, organised and be able to manage your own workload.
