Job Description

Contracts Administrator - Permanent (Part or Full time)Salary: £25k-£30k Per AnnumOur client based in Colchester (Earls Colne) are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful individual will be joining the busy commercial department where you will be handling the orders, pricing & dealing with queries.Duties:

  • Inputting and updating of order details onto the system
  • Reconciling and archiving completed job files
  • Checking terms and conditions of customer orders
  • Arranging signature and return of orders
  • Quoting, negotiating and agreeing variation orders with customers
  • Document management andgeneral administration
Experience Required:
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, methodical approach with focus on customer service
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Attention to detail
