Job Description

Aesthetics TrainerBraintree, EssexAre you an experienced Aesthetics Practitioner with a passion for sharing your knowledge and expertise If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s team as an Aesthetics Trainer at a new Beauty and Aesthetics Clinic in Braintree, Essex.As an Aesthetics Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of aspiring aesthetic professionals by delivering comprehensive training programs and workshops.You will have the opportunity to share your insights, techniques, and industry best practices with enthusiastic learners, empowering them to excel in their aesthetics careers.Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs for aspiring aesthetic professionals, focusing on injectables and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
  • Present the clinics engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Teach theoretical concepts and practical techniques to ensure a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic procedures.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to trainees during practical sessions, assisting them in mastering various techniques.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in the aesthetics industry and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure trainees progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Offer ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure the training environment is conducive to learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as an Aesthetics Practitioner, with a focus on injectables and advanced aesthetic procedures.
  • Prior medical background with experience working as a Nurse is preferred, but not essential.
  • Proven track record of successful outcomes and a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, product selection, and the latest techniques in the field of aesthetics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with trainees and create a supportive learning environment.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions, which may include evenings and weekends.
  • Recognized certification as an Aesthetics Practitioner (essential), along with any additional teaching or training qualifications (preferred but not essential)
