Aesthetics Practitioner - Nurse Training OpportunityBraintree, EssexAre you a qualified Nurse looking to transition into the exciting field of AestheticsIf you have a passion for beauty, skincare, and patient care, we have a unique opportunity for you!We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our clients team and become an Aesthetics Practitioner through the completion of a comprehensive training program at a new Beauty and Aesthetics Clinic in Braintree, Essex.As an Aesthetics Nurse Trainee, you will embark on a transformative journey, receiving specialized training and mentorship to develop the skills and expertise needed to perform a range of aesthetic treatments.You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment, enabling you to provide exceptional aesthetic services to clients.Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, including theoretical instruction, hands-on practical training, and clinical experience.
  • Learn and master various aesthetic procedures, including injectables such as dermal fillers and neurotoxins, under the guidance of our expert trainers.
  • Develop a solid understanding of facial anatomy, skin conditions, and the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments.
  • Observe and assist experienced Aesthetics Practitioners during patient consultations and treatment sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Continuously update your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Embrace a client-first approach, providing personalized care and ensuring the utmost safety and comfort of our clients.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to maintain a positive and professional environment for both staff and clients.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Nurse with practical work experience in the medical or dental sector.
  • Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and skincare, with a strong desire to transition into the field of Aesthetics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with patients.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
