Job Description

Working for one of the largest print production companies in the UK based at their Bradley Stoke facility, in this role you will learn how to set up and operate high-speed enclosing machinery, producing thousands of letters every hour.The Role

  • Set up and operate enclosing machinery, following work orders and client specific instructions.
  • Manage all aspects of the machine enclosing process, ensuring stock is replenished in time and workload is planned effectively to maximise output.

  • Is happy to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Has a proactive attitude towards learning with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Shifts & SalaryThe starting salary for this role is £24,000. Full training is provided.Alongside this you have excellent opportunities for growth and progression, 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, generous private pension scheme plus many more benefits!In this role you will work on a 4 on 4 off shift-pattern, with a mixture of days and nights, working 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. You must be able to commit to this shift pattern to be considered for this role.Overtime is regularly available and is paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.Due to the role being in a secure environment, successful candidates will be subject to DBS and financial background checks.Please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
