Graduate Billing Administrator Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol (Hybrid)Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 My client is looking to for a recent graduate to join their team as a Billing Administrator. The primary function of this role is to ensure our customers are billed accurately and on-time each month. This role will assist in the population and amending ofcustomer invoice charges and ensure these are kept up to date, along with handling incoming customer queries following the monthly invoices.Responsibilities: Adding, removing and editing customer billing chargesUpdating invoices with additional information e.g. Purchase Order Numbers, Sub-SitesHandling the setup of new customer accounts and ensuring the charges align to the customers signed agreementEnsuring that the process prior to billing being required has been completed fullyWork with internal teams to streamline processesSupporting in the Bill RunRunning and maintaining customer reportsCreating ad-hoc bespoke reports based on Customer billing dataKeeping customers preferences up to datePerson Specification:Strong attention to detailWorks well on own initiativeStrong analytic skills with a tenacious personalityCompleter finisher, able to take a task and follow it to the end without close supervisionStrong sense of ownershipGood communication to be able to verbalise findings and suggest solutionsPolite and well manneredConfident happy personality, prepared to be innovativeHigh level of numeracy and literacyAbility to work under time pressure and towards challenging targetsMust be able to prioritise and manage their workloadHave the ability to adapt to changing timelinesMicrosoft Office suiteEducated to degree level
