Customer Service AdministratorLocation: Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32Job Type: Temporary (Approx. 3 months)Immediate StartWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months.The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a focus on order processing and administration.This is an immediate start position for someone who can maintain high standards of customer service and administrative support.Day-to-day of the role:Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.Liaise with relevant departments, both internal and external, including customers and suppliers.Handle email and telephone queries from customers promptly.Ensure phone calls and email queries are answered and resolved in a timely and professional manner.Required Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience within a customer service administration role.Order processing experience, ideally with knowledge of SAP, Sage, or Oracle.Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail.IT literacy and proficiency in using office software.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly telephone manner.Benefits:Opportunity to work within a dynamic team.Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.Competitive hourly rate.To apply for this Customer Service Administrator position, please submit your CV detailing your relevant experience and availability to start immediately.
