As a Senior Sales Consultant you will possess exceptional listening skills, excel at understanding client needs and provide tailoredsolutions for their business and fleet, using a consultative approach.· Outbound calls identifying new lead opportunities.· Following up with your clients to ensure a continued relationship.· Managing end-to-end new business process to ensure your customer is happy.· Continual promotion of additional products and services· Ensure all KPI’S are achieved on a weekly/daily basis.· Handling of customer price enquiries· Ensure competitor information is recorded.· Actively seek to further your knowledge and skills and improve your personal performance.· Participate fully in the company appraisal process so that your views are recognised, and training needs supported.About you· Previous sales experience - including telephone or face-to-face.· Motivated and driven for results.· A confident personality with the ability to build telephone-based relationships.· Passion to grow within a Business Development focused role.Having recently been awarded Gold Standard by Investors in People they are passionate about providing their staff with the opportunity to develop personally and professionally.If you have the relevant experience and feel like the above sounds like the next new challenge for you then send us your CV today.
