Job Description

Production Assistant Location: BristolSalary: DOECompany: A global leading marketing and communications company.Role: Work in a busy production environment, as part of a team to support achieving the required and planned daily volume of work is dispatched on time and in full, meeting Clients service level agreements.Responsibilities:

  • Support operational staff ensuring each operator has consumables delivered to and work ready for dispatch collected from their workstation.
  • Scanning and assigning enclosed work to the correct mail provider.
  • Supporting various Production teams whether hand enclosing work orders, staging and replenishing stock items for Production, Warehouse and Short Run department.
  • Ensuring Production area is always kept clean and tidy - removing excess consumables & stock.
Requirements:
  • Experience within any production background - print assistant, print finishing, printing etc. would be preferable - all welcome!
  • Open to any print background
  • Looking to progress in a career
  • Attention to detail
  • Happy to work under pressure and tight deadlines
