Job Description

Purpose of the jobMonitor data receipt of client data through to successful processing in line with Client Experience supplied schedules, escalating any discrepancies. Monitor other internal systems and report, record and maintain an audit trail of any processing warningsand errors.Working with Planning and Production to prioritise release of work to Production, ensuring this is completed as per the schedules.Co-ordinate communications during office hours.Main Duties

  • Monitor clients schedules for all incoming data transmissions, reporting any discrepancies found. Use the daily processing checklist to support this activity.
  • Monitor all relating internal systems.
  • Escalate file processing failures via ICMS
  • Prioritise release of work to the shop floor
  • Assist, as required, in all aspects of technical support impacting the Operation Suport Analyst role
  • Maintain accurate and frequent updates as required to ICMS, performing housekeeping once the issue has been resolved and the corp released as per schedule.
  • Action all requests for corp set up and amends in order to facilitate correct In Box set up.
  • Process and release sample and stock requests, and End to End test requests as required.
  • Investigate Production reported issues impacting either print or enclosing and escalate as required.
  • Action all job tracking job changes as required and requested pre-release. Provide verification of such changes via the relevant ICMS.
  • Provide support Essex site.
  • Support the Business Admin Team where needed e.g. cover holiday
  • Support auto docketing and creation of manual dockets for Short Run
  • Monitor the server dash board and report failures to IT Support.
  • Factory housekeeping and maintaining the KPI spreadsheet for any factory related changes being made.
  • Complete sign off notification checks. Feedback and escalate as required.
  • Stock Management of pre printed work orders/forms and toner cartridges.
Requirements
  • Good IT skills - Windows and MS Office Applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including follow up
  • Ability to deliver under pressure
  • Some problem-solving skills would be an advantage
  • Flexibility required in terms of working hours to cover colleagues holidays

  • Prime Office Hours Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30
