Job Description

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant, for a hybrid role making permanent placements - ideally Commerical, Industrial or Engineering (although other sectors considered) , located near Bradley Stokes, Bristol.Working for an estblished recruitment organisation, where you will have the support of a knowledgable and driven Manager who has a passion for permanent recruitment.Responsibilities:

Using initiative to create new business
Conduct targeted business development
Engage with business clients and candidates on a regular basis
Attend Client meetings
Source suitable candidates for specific vacancies via innovative methods
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Achieve agreed targets and KPIs

The successful Candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role, and a track record of making permanent placements.In return my Client will pay a basic salary up to £35K, plus commission - depending upon experience.Required skills
